If you’re looking for an easy lunch idea that isn’t going to make you feel sluggish and bloated I’d recommend a roasted veggie bowl 😍 I used carrots, potato and peppers coated in turmeric, chilli powder and mixed herbs, added some spinach and sprinkled in some feta and the combination goes really well together 👌🏻 it’s easy and gut friendly!
